Just a year ago, Bugatti stunned the world with it's Supersports Veyron. Top speed: 267 mph. Just a year ago. Now, there is a new contender, here with a purpose. To be the worlds fastest car ever know to us mortals. It's called the SSC Ultimate Aero 2. Powerd by a twin turbo 6.8 litre V-8 (Generating around 1300 hp) and weighing around 2600 pounds, SSC claims top speed is around 276 mph. That's faster than a Veyron. And that's the point. The car is made entirely of carbon fibre. And that's all I know. The car is still in prototype stages, but prices are estimated at around 900,000 dollars. Now the question is, "Will Bugatti build something to beat this?", "Is there a road that long to max out this car?" ,and the big question,"Why?"

I think the question is: "Why not?" :)

I think most of people just enjoy the sensation of knowing that they have a car with the big power. But most of them don't even get to taste it properly.
