Alzen Motorsport Rebuilds Its Porsche Turbo Race Car
The Alzen Motorsport Porsche Turbo is a wild machine. It was designed to compete in the Nuerburging VLN racing series in 2005 and took the pole in the race that year. The car is all-wheel drive and is driver-controllable to produce between 500hp-700hp depending on boost. Alzen Motorsport recently put the Turbo back together and ran it at Hockenheim. Its name, Turbinchen, is a play on words. It means 'little turbo' in German, which is the exact opposite of the truth.
