Dutch man builds full size, driving Lego go-kart

Eric Steenstra from the Netherlands has built a a go-kart out of Lego that actually drives, albeit quite slowly. It is powered by 48 Lego Mindstorm NXT motors and 16 NXT batteries. The headlights and taillights also work.
This is an impressive feat no matter how you look at it.
