GoPro Straps Cameras to American Le Mans Cars

GoPro has become the go-to camera for amateur racers really insidiously. One day I saw banner ads for them on an auto web site, and the next day they were everywhere. Granted, the cameras are fairly inexpensive starting at $199.99 for its basic camera, $239.99 for its motorsports specific model and $299.99 for the upgraded HDHero2 camera with motorsports kit, and appear to be of high quality.

Go Pro strapped some of their cameras to drivers and cars at the 2011 American Le Mans Monterey race at Leguna Seca. The videos and sound are fantastic. Check them out.
